Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Malik Crochets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided with your order. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Look in any safe drop locations around your property
• Contact your local carrier

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Malik Crochets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
